About the Boat

Deep Sea is a Hawaiian style sport fishing boat. She was built here in Hawaii to fish Hawaiian waters.

Deep Sea is powered by a very reliable Caterpillar 3208 turbo diesel engine.  She is a fast boat and tops out just over 20 knots giving her the ability to catch up to fast moving schools of fish. Deep Sea has a Mosquito Hull which was designed in Hawaii and is made to handle Hawaiian waters. The hydrodynamics of the Mosquito hull is designed to knife through waves and coast down seas.

There is dry storage space in the cabin as well as two full size bunks in the forward V birth.  The main cabin stays dry and provides shade and shelter from wind or passing showers. There are two five foot bench seats in the cabin which are also coolers to store food, beverages and ice.  Deep Sea has dual control stations and can be operated from the flybridge or from inside the main cabin. The cabin has glass windows on all sides to provide you with the best possible view from the inside. The size of the cabin and space for seating is what makes Deep Sea so unique. Not everyone can handle a full day of sun, wind, and salt spray. On Deep Sea you don’t have to. You can always find a dry shady place to escape the element.
